1.      Returning of goods is executed by referring to the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “Approval of rules for returning and changing goods”: http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter2/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=141450

2.      Goods that are unused, are in full assembly, have not lost their merchandising appearance and quality, can be returned within 14 calendar days (14 or less calendar days) starting from the day goods were purchased,

3.      3.Before returning the goods please notify the seller by writing an e-mail to odalandro@gmail.com,

4.      Along with the returning goods include free-form request that asks to accept the item you are returning, also, include document that proves you purchase (or copy of the document),

5.      Promotional items, gifts, discount coupons for ongoing promotions must also be returned to the seller with the returned goods,

6.      Safely packed goods must be sent by registered mail, to the following address - Rolando Petrausko įmonė, Pagėgių 53, Šiauliai, 78121,

7.      Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer,

8.      After determining condition of the returned goods money will transfered within 5 working days. Goods that do not meet the requirements of returning will be shipped back to the buyer only after the buyer pays the shipping costs.
